Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders are processed during normal business days, Monday through Friday.

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and does not include shipping transit time.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders within the United States using USPS and UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, and package weight.


Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not currently available but may be offered in the future.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us at support@godlyreign.com.
We will review the situation and issue a refund once the loss is confirmed.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is not available at this time.
