Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors (including smoke, perfume, or deodorant). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. A return address will be provided after approval.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To process these claims, we require:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

If approved, we will offer a refund or exchange, and we will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale or clearance items

These items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before purchasing.


Exchanges

If your return is approved, you may choose an exchange or a refund to the original payment method, subject to item availability.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
